BRIEF
A developer of Mumbai approached with a unique thought of making a second homes for people in Mumbai and Suburbs in Konkan area.
APPROACH
Cluster of apartments were designed on table top hill with a fascinating view of the Arabian sea.
THE DESIGN
The cluster of apartments are designed in a manner that every tenant enjoy a private garden space. One bedroom apartments are so arranged that ground level tenants will enjoy private garden spaces and the upper level tenants will enjoy terrace gardens. Such clusters of apartments are developed around the community space - "The Kund".
This was an effort to break the traditional apartment blocks.
